PE 4th Week 8- 3/1-3/5

This week we will continue with our warm up and stretching routine. Students will use their physical activity log located in their class notebook to help them plan/track their physical activity each day. We will be doing a jump rope workout, do not worry if you cannot jump rope yet, we will be using the jump rope as a tool during our workout. After the workout, we will start jumping rope. Students have a flipgrid Jump Rope Challenges workout that they should complete. This assignment will give me an idea of your current jump rope level of expertise, if you can only do level 1 that is fine! I just want to see where you are with your skills. Remember, you are not going to get better at jumping rope if you only practice during PE. Set aside 4-5 mins a day, put it in your class notebook physical activity log, to practice your jump rope skills.
