PE 8th Week 8- 3/1-3/5

This week we will continue with our warm up and stretching routines. Students will be filling out their physical activity log, in their class notebook, to help plan/track their physical activity for the week. We will be doing a Wheel of Fun workout, which will be a compilation of various exercises/yoga moves/stretches that we have been doing this quarter. Our goal will be to increase our heart rates for 10-15mins as we work through the exercises. Students will be completing a current event this week. Students will be asked to find a current event/topic related to health and wellness. They will summarize the article, explain why they chose this article, explain what they already knew about the topic, what they learned about the topic, and what they want to learn more about.
