PE 4th Week 7- 2/22-2/26

This week we will continue with our warm up and stretching routine. We will continue our growth mindset conversation and we will be looking at how different mindsets view mistakes and challenges. We will be comparing how someone with a fixed mindset handles mistake and challenges to how someone with growth mindset handle mistakes and challenges. We will be listening to a PODCAST about how to respond to mistakes. Students will be asked to reflect on times when they might have made a mistake and what they learned from it. Students will be completing a Darebee.com workout that will challenge them to increase their heart rates for 10-12 mins.
