PE 4th Week 6- 2/15-2/19

Great job last week. I really enjoyed talking about Growth Mindset with everyone. This week we will continue with our warm up and stretching routines. We will be doing our dynamic stretching routine this week as we work to warm up our core body temp and stretch our muscles at the same time. This week, I will be leading the students through a full body cardio workout with the goal being to increase our heart rates for 10-15mins. We will be tracking our heart rates and using that data to determine how effective our workout/effort was during the workout. Students should continue to fill out their daily physical activity form online in their class notebook. We will only be having PE twice this week so you will need to come up with other physical activities to meet your goal of 60mins a day. Let me know if you need physical activity ideas!
