PE 4th Week 5- 2/8-2/12

This week we will be continuing with our warm up and stretching routines. Students will be participating in a Tabata timer workout with the goal being to increase our heart rates for 10-15 mins. This will be a preview of next weeks assignment where students will be doing a Tabata Timer workout on their own. We will begin talking about growth mindset, what is it? How do you get it? Why is it good? We will be watching a Growth Mindset video that will answer many of these questions. Then we will talk about why it is so important to have a growth mindset, especially in school. There will be a flipgrid assignment that goes along with this video and students will answer several comprehension questions about growth mindset. If you have not, completed last weeks Hand Eye Coordination Challenges flipgrid, make sure you do that!
