PE 7th Kaplan Week 9- 12/14-12/16

Great job this quarter. I really enjoyed having everyone in zoom class and cannot wait to have everyone back in the gym for PE sometime in the future. This week we will be wrapping up with our final warm up and stretch. We will then complete our post assessment. We will set the timer for 1 minute and see how many of each (pushup, sit up, burpee) we can do in a minute. We will then compare these scores to the pre assessment to see if/how much we have improved our muscular strength and endurance in only 8 short weeks. We will then finish our Jeopardy review workout activity that we started last week. Stay active and stay Healthy!
