PE ChalKen Week 6-11/16-11/19

Great job last week everyone. Remember to keep drinking 5-8 cups of water a day! This week we will be continuing our warm up and stretching routine. We will also begin talking about the heart and how to keep your heart healthy. We will be starting our hand eye coordination activities and working to develop our ability to ROLL with accuracy. We will be talking about what hand eye coordination is and how it will help you. We will be doing some rolling games working to get the students to use their hands and eyes to get the ball to roll to the target. I will continue to post our Water Drinking activity on seesaw this week. The goal of this activity is to remind you to drink water throughout the day to keep your body and brain healthy and ready for learning.
