PE Greder Week 5- 11/9-11/12

Great Job last week everyone! I really enjoyed the Wheel of Fun workout. Thank you to everyone who completed their Spell Your Name workout on Flipgrid, some of you had some tough workouts! Make sure you are drinking plenty of water after each workout and making healthy eating choices.

This week we will be doing our warm up and stretching routine. We will be talking about why it is important to warm up and stretch. We will begin our hand eye coordination challenges this week. We will be working to develop the ability of our hands and eyes to workout together and talking about why it is so important. 

I will be posting a Flipgrid ‘Trick Shot/Trick Catch’ assignment that the students can use to upload a video of their own trick shot/trick catch challenges for their classmates. Also this week, I will also be posting a Flipgrid workout that will focus on building arm and core muscles. I encourage everyone to give it a try at some point this week. I encourage everyone to get outside and play catch with someone! We will continue with our hand eye coordination challenges next week.
