PE ChalKen Week 5- 11/9-11/12

This week we will continue with our warm up and stretching routine. I encourage everyone to try and make this a daily routine. We will also continue to work to develop our jump roping skills. Students will be practicing some jump roping skills in class this week.  I will post a seesaw activity that asks you to show me your jump roping skills. For this assignment, I am not expecting you to be able to jump rope, rather I want to see what level you are currently at and give you some simple feedback to help push you to the next level. Keep on practicing! We will also be doing a workout that will focus on controlling our bodies and using our body weight to build our muscles. If we have time, we will begin talking about the importance of drinking water and why your body needs a lot of water to stay healthy. If not, next week!
