PE Kaplan Week 3- 10/23-10/26

This week we will start each class with a warm up activity and stretching. I will guide the students through a full body cardio workout. Students will have a Darebee.com flipgrid workout assignment to complete (very similar to last week, but select a different workout) Remember, your workout should challenge you to increase your heart rate for about 10-15 minutes. Complete level one of the workout that you choose. On Thursday, we will be getting warmed up and stretched out, I will lead the class through a yoga flow workout, that will challenge the students to support their body weight in different positions focusing on developing a strong foundation. Students will also being their inter class workout competition. I will make the flipgrid active this week and you can start earning points for your team.
