PE 7th Kaplan Week 2- 10/19-10/23

This week we will start our classes with some warm up exercises and stretching. On Monday we will be going outside to complete our preassessment. We will be seeing how many pushup, burpees, and sit ups we can do of each in 1minute. This will give us some baseline data to go off of. At the end of the quarter we will complete the same assessment and compare our scores to see how much we have improved. After completing the assessment, students will come inside and complete their Flipgrid Practice Post. On Wednesday I will guide the students through a 10-15min workout. After the workout students will go into Flipgrid and respond to one other classmates post. Students will visit Darebee.com and find one workout that they think will challenge them to increase their heart rates for 15mins. Students will use this workout from Darebee.com to complete their flipgrid post Darebee.com Workout #1. If there is time left over, we will be going outside to take a walk.

Online- Please watch the video that is on streams. The video will explain the assignments and walk you through the workouts for the week.
