3rd Greder Week 2- 10/19-10/23

This week we will begin our classes with some warm up exercises and stretching. On Monday, we will be completing our preassessment and getting some baseline data as for how many push ups, sit ups, and burpees in one minute. We will also be doing this assessment at the end of the quarter to see how much we have improved. Students will be using the rest of the time in class to complete their flipgrid practice post (flipgrid class code and link in TEAMS). On Tuesday, students will be visiting Darebee.com to find a workout to complete on Wednesday. Students will write down the exercise routine, go outside on Wednesday, and complete the workout. After students complete their workouts, we will be doing some relay races. On Thursday, Mr. Wise will be leading the class through a workout and then we will be taking a cool down walk.
