K1 ChalKen Week 2- 10/19-10/23

This week we will be starting our classes with a some warm up exercises and stretching. We will then get into our body control and hop, skip, jump activities. On Monday we will be going outside and the students will be participating in some relay races challenging them to hop, skip, and jump. We will also be doing a game called ‘Move Like A…’ it is a body control game where the students are challenged to move their bodies like different animals and machines. If we have time, we will do  “Move like A..” charades game. On Wednesday we will be doing a guided workout. Mr. Wise will lead the students through a full body workout. Be sure to bring a water bottle! On Thursday, we will take a mindfulness break and completing a Cosmic Kids yoga workout video.
