PE Sanders Week 5- 9/21-9/25

It was really nice to see most everyone last week. On Tuesday, we will be doing a little different type of workout. We will be doing a yoga flow, working to balance on different foundations and using our body weight to build muscle and coordination. For Wednesday, I would like you to do a little jump rope workout. I will create a flipgrid that you can post your response to. Jump Rope Workout: -Jump rope 3mins, 1 min plank, jump rope 2 mins, 15 crunches, 1 min jump rope, 10 push ups, done.  DONT FORGET TO STRETCH! On Thursday we will be completing our Post Assessment and completing an exit slip flipgrid
