7/8 8/12-8/16

This week we will be jumping right into our team sports unit. We will start the week by going outside, weather permitting, and doing some light jogging around the building. On Tuesday, we will be participating in our first Pacer test, which will be held every other week, and used to give each student an indication of how good of shape they are in. On Wednesday, we will get out the heart rate monitors are complete a TABATA workout with a goal of 20minutes in the performance heart rate zone. In health we will begin talking about ourselves and completing a little 'get to know me' project.
