7/8 Week 3- 5/20-5/24

This week we will be continuing our frolf unit. *weather permitting* If weather does not permit, we will be playing some smackball and hand hockey. On Wednesday the students will vote on their workout. The goal will remain 28minutes at 70-100% of their max heart rate. Our mental health modules are all wrapped up and we will be talking about negative effects of e-cigarettes.
