5/6 Week 3- 5/20-5/24

This week we will be starting our handball/tchoukball units. Students will be working to develop their hand eye coordination: their ability to catch a a and throw to a moving target. On Wednesday the students will be participating in a design your own workout with a goal of 25mins in the zone of 70-100% of their max heart rate. In health we will be wrapping up our growth mindset talk.
