3/4 Week 3-5/20-5/24

This week we will be starting our handball/tchoukball units. Students will be working to develop their hand eye coordination along with their ability to catch a a and throw to a moving target. On Wednesday the students will be participating in a design your own workout with a goal of 25mins in the zone of 70-100% of their max heart rate. In health we will be wrapping up our growth mindset talk. Students will be exploring the website trainugly.com. They will be selecting two articles or videos to watch and then they will summarize and explain to me how they can apply these lessons to their lives.
