5/6 Week 1- 5/6-5/10
This week we will starting off with some teambuilding activities to get everyone comfortable working together with different classmates. We will be starting our dynamic stretching/warm up routine that we will do at the beginning of each class. We will also be starting the fastest class challenge. The 5/6 students will be competing against the 3/4 students to see which class can run the most laps by the end of our rotation. Winner will receive a free pass on their final workout Wednesday. In lieu of our workout on Wednesday, the students will be participating in a 10minute scooter workout.
In health we will be talking about the importance of stretching.
