7/8 Week 5-5/6-5/10

Well since the weather threw us a nice curve ball this last week. We will pick up with our frolf unit this week. Students will be laying out a 6 hole frolf course and each group will design a course and then everyone will play the course during class. On Wednesday, the students will participate in a soccer workout with a goal of 27mins in the performance heart rate zone. In health they will be finishing up their mental health modules.
