HS Week 1- 1/22-1/25

We will begin playing some hockey and hand hockey. Students will also be starting alcoholedu and working through the modules for the next few weeks. Our workout will be a Wild Ladder Workout, in which they start at the bottom work their way to the top exercise by exercise. The goal will be 22minutes in the zone of 70-100% of their maximum heart rate. Last week we had 100% of students reach their heart rate goal! I know you guys can do it. keep up the good effort!
