I hope you all had a great first week back!  It was great to see everyone.

 

This week:

 

Monday: We will continue our rhythm practice with Boomwhackers. How many levels can we get to?  Then we will begin working on a boomwhacker song with our class.

 

Tuesday:  More rhythm practice - more complex.  We will begin to learn the notes of the treble clef.

 

Wednesday: We will continue the "show and tell" from the military band and learn more instrument families and what they sound like.  Weather permitting, we can go outside and sing! "Ah Poor Bird" will be the song.

 

Thursday: We will practice all of our boomwhacker rhythms, review the notes of the treble clef, then we will watch a science-music video about harmony and notes.
