This week, students will be playing more Rhythm Basketball with more complex rhythms.  They will also play on hand drums, learning some rhythms by rote.  

 

Students will also play marimbas, learning 2-3 songs by reading the music.

They will begin by counting and clapping the rhythms, then using their fingers to find the notes, then playing with mallets together as a class.
