About Mrs. Lounsbury

Hello!

My name is Christine Lounsbury.  I am excited to be apart of the Westgate Community! I have returned home. I grew up in Louisville, Colorado. After getting my degree in Elementary Education and specializing in English as a Second Language From Arizona State University, I moved to Virginia to be with my husband, Will. We are exciting to move back to Colorado with our Foxhound, Stitch and our 9 month old daughter, Lily.  When I'm not teaching you can find me writing, watching anime, and playing with my daughter.

My classroom will be a nut free zone. I am allergic to every type of nut including coconut and garbanzo beans. Please help keep our classroom safe for me and bring or pack food and drinks that do not contain these allergens.

I look forward to getting to know the students and families at Westgate!

Love,

Mrs. Lounsbury

Week if January 16th

Hello!

I hope you all enjoy your snow day! Please stay warm. I want to make a reminder post that our classroom is a nut free zone. This includes peanuts, tree nuts, and all types of nuts. This is for the safety of not only me, but students in the class as well. Please check that your lunches and snacks are nut free and do not contain any food items with any nuts in them. If you are unsure about a product, please feel free to reach out to me so I can let you know if it would be safe for our class.

I will see you all Wednesday!
