This week and next week, we will be exploring the jobs of community helpers! First, we will define what a community is and what it means to be a part of a community! From there, we will explore the jobs of nurses, doctors, firefighters, police officers, mechanics, bus driver, and construction workers. 

 

Please let me know if you are a community helper and would like to give a brief presentation to our class! 

 

On next Friday, August 25th, we will be having a job parade! Students will dress up as their dream career! Please feel free to be as creative with their outfits as you'd like! This is an optional activity. Any students who do not feel comfortable dressing up, do not have to and will still be a part of our parade!
