Last week: We practiced finding zeroes with the quadratic equation and learned about dilation factors with parabolas. We also took a quiz.

 

This week: We are planning how to build bridges using parabolas and beginning bridge construction!

Last week: We learned to tell the lengths of tangents when they meet on either side of the same circle. We also practiced finding sector and arc lengths before taking a quiz.

 

This week: We will work with more complex problems using arcs and circumference. We will also begin solving problems using the volume of cones.
