Last week: We practiced finding roots for complex parabolic expressions using the quadratic formula.

 

This week: We will learn to find the dilation factor of a parabola when given limited info. We will also take a quiz and begin preparing for bridge-building next week.

Last week: We learned terms applying to circles (chord and arc). We also learned about the second Tangent Theorem (tangents to circles are perpendicular to the radius) and the names and uses of minor arcs and major arcs.

 

This week: We will review last week's material and practice finding the area of a circle sector when given limited information. We will take a quiz at the end of the week over last week's and this week's material.
