Kenner literacy 12-20

Last week,  I had the students write to an elf, it could've been their personal elf on the shelf or just any old elf. They asked the elf questions about being an elf, living in the North Pole or anything they could imagine. I had the 5/6 graders write back to our first graders AS the elves. It was super cute. I am mailing the letters from the school. I wrote the return address a little sloppy and in cursive in hopes that the students couldn't read it or notice that it wasn't actually from the North Pole. So I am just letting my literacy parents know that your child will be getting their original letter AND a letter in the mail from an elf!!!!!!!!! Have a wonderful holiday!
