This week, we will continue to work on coins; pennies, nickels, quarters and dimes and also comparing number using the greater than and less than signs
This week ask your child to name the coins in your hand. We are also working on the value too such as 1 dime is worth the same as 10 pennies or 2 nickels but I want them to recognize them first every time.
Math: Value of pennies, nickels, dimes, in different quantities
This week, ask your child which is more: 3 dimes or 3 pennies and what is the value of each.
Math: Make ten when one number is 9 using a 10 frame
This week, ask your child to explain the steps to adding 2 numbers using a ten frame

This week ask your child to compare common objects around the house. Remind them to start at the end point.
