New Spelling Words this week 

 

Monday: Identify character traits for a character in the Willy Wonks Book and design a sticker for them based on the traits. Then, work on "Where should Ms. Papiernik go on summer vacation" project. 

 

Tuesday: Introduce Poetry, go over parts of a poem. Introduce figurative language, simile. Keep working on project from Monday. 

 

Wednesday: Poetry, figurative language (simile and personification). Read poems and figure out meaning of the poems. Keep working on project 

 

Thursday: Poetry, figurative language (simile, personification, and hyperbole). Read poems and figure out meaning of the poems. Keep working on project 

 

Friday: Spelling test and presenting the PowerPoints made for the project
