Week of 2/19

Monday: NO SCHOOL PRESIDENTS DAY 

Tuesday: New spelling words, Recount stories, including fables, folktales, and myths from diverse cultures; determine the central message, lesson, or moral and explain how it is conveyed through key details in the text. (CCSS: RL.3.2) and continue working on finalizing our informational writing  

Wednesday: Introduce prefixes (re- and pre-), and continue working on finalizing our informational writing 

Thursday:  Central message, lesson or moral from fables, folktales and myths. Start working on typing/writing final of informational writing  

Friday: spelling test, Review prefixes from previous say add 2 new one ( dis- and un-) and final papers will be due today. We will be making posters for them next week and students will have a chance to present them in front of the class if they would like.
