Weekly Update - April 5-9

What are we learning this week in Math?

Students will be able to calculate the perimeter of polygons.

Students will use the formula l x w = A to calculate the area of rectangles and parallelograms, identifying the length and width as perpendicular to each other.

Students will use the formula ½ bh = A to calculate the area of triangles, identifying the base and height as perpendicular to each other.
