    1 and 2 Continuation via Zoom- 9:15-10:15 AM

   NO AFTERNOON CLASSES / PM Q4 Conferences - Virtual 1 PM – 8 PM

June 4^th  AM HALF DAY - Asynchronous w/Virtual Yearbook Signing!7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Home Learning Supplies

If you child has any superkids books or supplies that we can use in first grade please send them back to school. Also Grades K-2: There will be a drive through drop off station for Westgate devices on June 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd during afternoon carline. Please go through carline as normal and follow the signs for drop off after you have picked up your students. Drop off will be on the north side of the building where fall supply pickups were held. If you would like to return your student’s device prior to June 1^st, you are welcome to drop the computer off at the front desk during school hours. Please do not plan to walk up during drop off or dismissal with your students as parking during these times disrupts the flow of carline. 

 

Semester 2 COVID Procedures and links 

We are looking forward to seeing our students face to face but please keep in mind that quarantines can happen at any time.  The new quarantine period is 10 days from exposure instead of 14.

In order to limit the number and frequencies of quarantines, we are asking all families to:  

Conduct a Home Symptom Check Every Day  

Stay home if not feeling well; students may use synchronous learning option 

If your child is exposed, keep your child and their siblings home to monitor for symptoms and contact Mrs. Hopson (school nurse)  

If you have been exposed, please keep your student(s) home to monitor for your own symptoms. (10 days from exposure or negative test after 5 days from exposure)  

Use Attendance Notification Form to let us know of any change in way child is attending school

Use COVID Symptomatic Report Form to let us know of COVID exposure or symptoms
