Literacy: This week SuperKids will consist of the following:

Spelling Pattern: “ea” “tion: “ture”

Memory Words: scripts, confused, kindly, crossly

Grammar: usually when two vowels are together the first one says its name but in these spelling words this week they don’t so it’s tricky. Also “ture” at the end of a word is pronounced “cher”. (ex. Adventure).

Writing: Editing marks show where corrections need to be made. Three lines under a letter mean it needs to be capitalized.

This week the spelling words are difficult so I want to include them so you can practice with your child. They are: head, bread, meant, heavy, ready, action, vacation, question, position, future, picture, adventure
