Hello 8th grade science families! 

I hope you had a great week. This past Tuesday I unexpectedly lost my cat, and I was out on Tuesday and Wednesday. Because of this, we are about a day behind than what I planned but I know we can get caught up! I appreciate your patience as I get caught up on grades as well. This week, we will: 

• Relate mass to free-fall and acceleration  
• Complete the lab “Which Falls Faster... a Muffin or a Moose?” 
• Compare and contrast weight versus mass 
• Determine how air resistance affects free fall
