This week we will look at banking, credit cards, credit scores, and how to apply for loans. Weekly Objectives

Learn and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using credit. Discuss key terms related to credit and learn how creditors use capacity, character and collateral as criteria for making loans. Learn about credit rights and responsibilities and identify the rights and responsibilities of using credit. Learn about credit card usage and credit card consumer protection laws. Understand how a FICO Credit Score is determined, how they are determined, and why they are important.
