Wednesday 11/7 - Design Your Own Bookmark at School Day (bring dimes)  

Thursday 11/8 - Dress like your Favorite Book Character Day (bring quarters)  

Friday 11/9 - PJ Day - Drop Everything And Read 9:15 - 10:15 AM (dollars and any coins) 

 

All School Read-A-Thon: Friday, Nov. 9th from 8:30-9:30.  Westgate is holding a D.E.A.R. fundraiser during our school spirit week. 100% of your donation goes to directly benefit our school! 

 

K-8 Field Trip: On Tuesday, Nov. 27th, we will be taking our annual field trip to the symphony to learn about Drums of the World.  Permission slips are in this weeks Friday Folder.    

1-2 Field Trip:  On Thursday, Nov. 29th, the 1st-2nd grade will be going to D.L. Parsons Theater to see, “The Reluctant Dragon”.  Permission slips will be going home on Friday, Nov. 9th.  

 

Perspective Parent Information Night:  If you know of families that are interested in our wonderful school please share this with them!  This presentation will give them more information about Westgate and the gifted programming that we offer students. Please know that this event is geared towards adults so plan accordingly if needed. There's no need to RSVP and feel free to call or email with any questions you might have!
