Westgate CARNIVAL
OUR BIGGEST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR
Where: 12500 Washington Street - On Westgate's 6-acre campus

Cost:
- $25 presale wristbands (until May 26th), $30 at the door
- Wristbands are for unlimited access to the inflatables and play area + one ticket.
- All students must be supervised by their parent/guardian.

- Or you can order with cash or check. Please use the PDF form to order.
- Wristbands and ticket orders can be sent home with students if requested, otherwise pick up will be at the day of the event.
*Adults that are attending the auction only or supervising children may enter for free. Wristbands must be purchased for any children to use the inflatable play area.
Our End-of-the-Year Carnival is filled with food, fun, and fundraising - all to support Westgate!
PLAY AREA - Wristbands required
Enjoy the fun play area filled with bounce houses, obstacle course, giant slide and games! With a wristband students can take part in all the inflatable fun they can handle!
**ALL STUDENTS MUST be supervised - not a drop-and-go event.**
TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased online or at the event for $5 for a 5-ticket bundle. Tickets are good for:
- bag of popcorn
- bag of cotton candy
- 1 pickle
SILENT AUCTION
The silent auction is the star of the show! See the list below and check out our sponsors.
- Bidding starts promptly at 2:00 PM and ends at 5:30 PM
- Silent auction items include the coveted grade level theme baskets and a variety of items and experiences from local and Colorado area businesses!
- All winning bids will be announced at the end of the event and can be paid for immediately.
- If winners are not available, they will be contacted. Payment must be made no later than the following Tuesday, June 2nd, at noon.
- Any winner having not paid by noon on Tuesday will then forfeit their item to the next highest bidder.
FOOD TRUCKS
As always, we have gathered some incredible eats for our families to enjoy! Food trucks will not take tickets, please pay them directly.
Sip Fantasia - fun sodas, floats & more! BEER TENT
This year’s Carnival will feature a beer tent hosted by Satire Brewing! Please bring a valid ID as it will be checked at the tent prior to ordering. You must be 21 or older to order from the beer tent.
For everyone’s safety, alcoholic beverages must stay within the designated food and drink area and cannot be carried beyond the designated points or into the inflatable play area.

A wonderful way for students to show their parents what they have learned over the year!
- 3:00 - 5:00 PM
- Students can pick up their portfolio and show what they've learned.
