Westgate CARNIVAL
OUR BIGGEST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR
Where: 12500 Washington Street - On Westgate's 6-acre campus

Cost:
- General entry is free. Wristbands are for using the inflatables.
- $25 presale wristbands, $30 at the door
- Wristbands are for unlimited access to the inflatable play area + one ticket.
- All students must be supervised by their parent/guardian.
- Tickets can be bought separately - $5 for 5 tickets good only for popcorn, cotton candy, or bottle of water. (not good for food trucks)
- Wristband ordering will be available SOON!

Our End-of-the-Year Carnival is filled with food, fun, and fundraising - all to support Westgate!
PLAY AREA
Enjoy the fun play area filled with bounce houses, obstacle course, giant slide and games! With a wristband students can take part in all the inflatable fun they can handle!
**ALL STUDENTS MUST be supervised - not a drop-and-go event.**
SILENT AUCTION
The silent auction is the star of the show! See the list below and check out our sponsors.
- Bidding starts promptly at 2:00 PM and ends at 5:30 PM
- Silent auction items include the coveted grade level theme baskets and a variety of items and experiences from local and Colorado area businesses!
- All winning bids will be announced at the end of the event and can be paid for immediately.
- If winners are not available, they will be contacted. Payment must be made no later than the following Tuesday, June 2nd, at noon.
- Any winner having not paid by noon on Tuesday will then forfeit their item to the next highest bidder.

End of the Year - Student Led Conferences
A wonderful way for students to show their parents what they have learned over the year!
- 3:00 - 5:00 PM the school building will be open for student led conferences.
- Students can take their parents/guardians to their classroom to pick up their portfolio and show what they've learned.
- Student entry is only allowed only with a parent/guardian.
- Roaming the building without a parent will not be allowed.

We look for donations of all kinds!
We are done with donation for the 2025 season, but we look for possible donors year round!
