Kindness Week Food Drive

Kindness Week is Coming! February 9-13

We are excited to celebrate Kindness Week from Monday, February 9th through Friday, February 13th! This year’s theme is Planting the Seed: An Acorn of Kindness, and our students will spend the week growing a forest of compassion through daily activities, service, and community connection.

Registration closes on Sunday, January 18th at 11:59pm
Clubs will begin the week of January 20th and run through the week of March 11th (unless otherwise noted by the club organization)
Quarter 3 Clubs run for 7 weeks!

Gratitude in Action at Westgate Community School

Westgate Community School students in Thornton wrote 40 heartfelt letters to veterans and active‑duty service members, reflecting on their courage and sacrifice. The project, done through the nonprofit A Million Thanks, encouraged students to recognize the everyday commitment of those who serve.

Westgate Winter Spirit Week Brings Whole School Together

Westgate Community School will celebrate the last week before Winter Break with a student-led Spirit Week, created by the High School for the entire school community. Each day features a fun theme! Pajama Day to Ugly Sweater Day, Anything But a Backpack, Avatar Day, and Dress to Impress.
