We are excited to be able to offer students meals at no cost to them, regardless of the income eligibility again this year. Just like in previous years, if you believe you may be eligible for free or reduced meal eligibility, please provide your household income information by completing the Combination Form (or “Combo Form”- Meal Benefits Application/Family Economic Data Survey).

Please use the link or QR code below to fill out your survey. When you receive your determination letter, please contact the Westgate business office to see if you qualify for a waiver of student fees.
Please note: Westgate does not partner with Adams 12 Five Star District for our meal program, so families will need to complete the online application through Charter Choice for your student to be eligible.
In special circumstances only, you may apply with a paper application. Paper applications are available by request from the business office.
