We’re so excited to invite your child to join our Yoga Stars class this Thursday at Westgate!
Our Yoga Stars sessions are designed especially for young children and combine movement, mindfulness, and imagination — all through play! Each class helps kids stretch, breathe, and build confidence while learning how to calm their minds and strengthen their bodies.
Here’s what your little Star will love about Yoga Stars:

Our certified Stretch-n-Grow instructors make every class engaging, age-appropriate, and full of smiles. We provide all equipment — just have your child wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
