Evening Explorations with iLab: Flight Night the Paper Airplane Challenge - September 30th

Flight Night: The Paper Plane Challenge
September 30th | 5:00–6:00 PM | Westgate Gym
RSVP Required: Westgate Community School: Evening Exploration with iLab

Join us for an exciting Evening Explorations session featuring iLab! Families will team up to design, build, and test the ultimate paper airplane. This hands-on experience will challenge your creativity, engineering skills, and competitive spirit as you work together to craft the perfect flyer. iLab teacher Mr. Elliott will present the initial methods and ideas behind what makes a paper airplane work and then it's up to you as a family to decide the best approach.

After building time, families will take flight—testing their creations and competing in a friendly challenge to see whose airplane soars the farthest and flies the best. It’s a night of innovation, collaboration, and fun!

This event is for families and students to work together and have some fun! Students must be accompanied by an adult, as this is a family group event.

Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP to reserve your spot!

Future Evening Exploration events will be scheduled each quarter with our specials teachers! Stay tuned for future events!
