Back-to-School Night - August 1st! Food, Fun, and Family!

Back to School Night & Open House - Aug 1st!

  • SAVE THE DATE:  Friday, August 1st, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Students are encouraged to wear their grade's team T-shirt color. Order a Westgate shirt from our spirit store.
  • 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. is a picnic and celebration outside (the building will not open until 5:00)
  • Food Trucks - come for dinner!
    • Sunshine Concessions: hand dipped corn dogs, tater twists, funnel cakes, fresh squeezed lemon and limeade
    • Kona Ice - your frozen treat favorite! 
    • Pay the food trucks directly
  • 5:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., the building will be opened
  • Go to grade pods to see your student’s assigned advocacy class and meet the teacher
  • Drop off medications with the school nurse, Mrs. Kirsten Hopson
  • Purchase student parking
  • Pay your student fees - pay via your IC account at the payment station
  • Pick-up carline cartags

NOTE:  Families unable to attend BTS Night will receive an email on Friday evening with advocacy classroom assignment
