Back to School Night!

Friday, July 30; 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Open House

Family Picnic; 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.  Come enjoy a night out with the entire community.  Our six-acre Environmental Educational Campus will be OPEN for everyone to enjoy! Tables and chairs will be set-up so that families can chat and get to know one another.

FOOD TRUCKS will be on campus to provide some wonderful options for dinner and snacks! Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free, and Gluten Free options available.

Feel free to bring bubbles, games, bug spray, extra chairs, sunblock or anything else you consider essential for a good time at the park on a summer evening!

Back to School Night - School Doors Open at 5:00 p.m.

**COVID** We strongly recommend Unvaccinated Visitors wear Masks inside the Building during Back to School Night. ALL are welcome to wear masks anytime during Back to School Night.

Come to casually meet the teachers, get to know some families, and locate your child's Advocacy (homeroom) class.  Bring the whole family to be a part of this special Welcome Back Event! The doors will open at 5:00 p.m., but you can come at a time best for your family.  Please stay for as little or as long as you like. If you cannot make it to Back to School Night, Advocates will be emailing all families their Advocacy placement after the event Friday evening.

5:00 p.m. – Doors Open – Find out who you Advocate is and meet the teachers! See the whole school!

6:00-6:30 p.m. – High School Informational Meeting in the HS Community Space- Be sure to get all the information before we start the year!

 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. – Back to School Night & Picnic Continuation!

Things I can do at Back to School Night:

  • Meet the Advocates! Please remember this is a casual meeting.  If you have any concerns or needs, please email your Advocate with any questions, concerns or needs. Teachers will be greeting and meeting many children and family members during this event. They will not have time to discuss individual needs of students with the attention it deserves.
  • Pay Fees
  • Drop off Student Medications
  • Get a Student Parking Permit
  • Find ways to get involved in our Community – Volunteer and Committee Information
  • Learn about Before & After Care with Champions
  • New Families can pick-up their Carline Tags
  • Returning Families who lost their Carline Tags can request a new one by filling out a form (Those tags will be given to Families the first week of school.)
