Packed lunch needed.

Students will examine animals and their relationship to the river. Through animal tracking, beaver dam building, and exploration near the river, students will start to construct a better understanding of a variety of animals and their habitats in and along the South Platte River.

Students will further develop their outdoor explorer skills and have a chance to get close to and interact with the river in a safe and fun way.
