**Seniors must arrive to Westgate at 4:00pm for a final rehearsal and preparation.**
Seating: Opens at 5:15pm for guests, and Graduation begins at 6:00pm.
Parking: We recommend you park in the upper South Lot closest to the Green Playground.
Check In: When you arrive, please check in at the check in table located on the entrance path (you won’t miss us). At check in, we will ask which Senior you are here for, and that is how we will keep track of Senior’s guests. From this check in table, we will also help guide you to your designated seating area.
Restrooms: There is a portable restroom for your convenience located near the amphitheater. We will not be able to open the school building for visitors during Commencement.
Ticket Information: Each Senior will be given 10 tickets initially for Graduation. If you need more tickets, just reach out and let us know how many total guests you plan to bring. We want to be mindful of the space and we want to remain aware of the guest count.
Physical tickets are NOT required for admission, but we do ask that you keep track of your guest count. Approximately 5 guests can fit into each student assigned section, so additional guests need to sit/ stand above the third row on the grass. Please see below for more information.
Seating: Each family will have an assigned seating section. Your section will be clearly marked and about 5 guests will fit into each designated section. There are natural concrete risers and grass. You can plan to sit on the concrete, or you can bring a blanket or stadium seat to sit on. Those sitting in the back (behind the third row) may feel free to use lawn chairs. We want to ensure everyone has a fantastic view of the ceremony!
Caps and Gowns: Students may decorate their caps as much as they want! Gowns must remain as they come in order to participate in Graduation.
Diplomas: Our goal is to have diplomas signed and ready to hand to the students directly during the ceremony. If this changes, we will communicate how you will receive diplomas.
Professional Photographer: There will be a professional photographer from LifeTouch taking photos during the ceremony. You can purchase these photos after Graduation.
