For this first week, I would like students to complete the placements tests. There are four placement tests: math, language, foundational reading, and reading level placement. I have also included directions on how to find the reading level placement. Please work no more than 30mins on each test at a time so students do not get burnt out! 

Hello All,

I just wanted to give you a quick update on what our goal will be when it comes to distance learning and working on MobyMax. I am only going to ask students to work on MobyMax for 30 minutes per subject. I will be assigning certain quarter 4 content so be on the lookout in MobyMax for those. 

In addition to MobyMax and starting next week, I will be posting spelling words in SpellingCity weekly with various activities and a weekly assignment in Prodigy. These are not a requirement, they will be considered extra work in addition to MobyMax. If you need your child’s log in still, please let me know and I would be happy to send it.

Your child’s spelling packets for next week and the week after are in their Friday Folders.  If you have any questions with any of these pages just shoot me an email. I also sent a chapter book and a reading journal home for them to respond to. I have also uploaded a few spelling lists into SpellingCity.
