Weekly Update 9/1/2018
This week in math, we are continuing to learn strategies to help us stay organized while doing math. This includes several ways to organize objects to insure accurate counting. This week we are also focusing on recognizing and writing teen numbers properly.
Weekly Update 8/27/2018
Hello math class!
Hopefully you recieved a sheet of paper in your child’s Friday folder that says that your child is in my math class! We will begin switching to our math classes on Monday for the entire math block. If you want to hear more about the standards that I teach and how my class runs, come to curriculum night on August 30th. Kindergarten will be presenting from 6-7pm. Start in your child’s home room and after 20 minutes you can head over to your literacy room and then to my room for the final 20 minutes!
