Mr. Thai, Advocacy

Course Description

Advocacy is a student-focused class designed to build strong relationships, develop personal and academic goals, and empower students to become leaders in their own lives and communities. In this class, students engage in meaningful discussions about identity, equity, and current issues that impact them. They learn essential life skills such as communication, goal-setting, organization, and self-advocacy.

Through regular check-ins, group activities, and reflection, Advocacy creates a supportive environment where every student is seen, heard, and valued. It also serves as a space to track academic progress, celebrate growth, and build a positive school culture.
